- What counts as a scan?
- One forwarded email = one scan, no matter how many links it contains. We analyze up to 20 links per email at no extra cost.
- Do I need a credit card for the trial?
- No. Trials require only email confirmation. You’ll be prompted to add a payment method when your trial is about to end.
- What happens if I exceed my plan’s scan cap?
- We send a heads-up at 80% and 100%. On the free trial, additional scans are declined. On paid plans, overage is billed at a metered rate — you can set a cap or upgrade anytime.
- Who sees the scan results?
- The person who forwarded the email always gets the reply. If you’re an admin on an organization plan, you see anonymized usage statistics — not the contents of your colleagues’ emails.
- Can I switch plans later?
